Are you a devoted Pilates enthusiast who wants to save some money? You'll be pleased to know that we're offering session packs that are both affordable and practical. By purchasing 5 or 10 sessions at once, you'll receive a 10% discount, freeing your mind from financial stress. You can quickly reserve your spot by emailing us or mentioning it at your next session, and we'll handle the rest, scheduling your regular classes and more. Now, all you need to do is show up and enjoy the flow!
Cancellation Policy
We get it, life can get wild, or the flu might knock you off your feet. We kindly request that if you have to cancel your appointments, let us know as soon as you can. At Propel Pilates we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you give us the heads up at least 24 hours ahead of your class, we'll either give you credit or refund your payment - whichever you prefer!
But wait, there's a catch! If you don't show up or let us know less than 24 hours beforehand, sorry to say, but we can't give you a refund. We just won't have enough time to fill the spot, and others might miss out on the fun. If you need to change your schedule or cancel, just give us a call, drop an email, or a text. We're here to help!

Of course, there is no better time to start than right now. I layer on progressions for each class so you can work where you feel comfortable and challenge yourself when you are ready. Come as you are, we are a supportive and inclusive community.
Absolutely not!! Everybody is welcome in our classes, everybody needs core strength and correct muscle patterning to allow their body to function in the most effective way. You may just be surprised to find some little muscles you didn’t even know you had!!
The majority of the classes will be suitable for pregnant women until 16-20 weeks gestation however if you have not completed regular exercise prior to falling pregnant it is not recommended to start in the first trimester. Please contact Alisha via phone or email prior to booking to discuss your individual needs.
If your physiotherapist has recommended group activities can be recommenced or your Obstetrician/ Pelvic Physio has recommended group Pilates can be practiced you are more than welcome. Please contact Alisha for any clarification/concerns prior to booking.
The deck at the Wagga Boat Club. is undercover so even if it is raining the sessions will still go ahead. If it is stormy and unsafe for the sessions to go ahead I will provide as much notice as possible and cancel via text message. The booking fee will then be credited for you next class or if you prefer I can refund the fee.
If you are attending a mat class at the Wagga Boat Club you will need to bring your own mat, towel and a bottle of water
If you are attending a class at Nova Health Co. you will only need a towel and a bottle of water
Wear some comfortable clothes that you can move freely without restriction in. If you are attending an outdoor mat class at the Wagga Boat Club please dress to the temperature as it is outdoors I am unable to heat or cool the venue. You may also like to apply sunscreen for the outdoor sessions as often the deck is in full sun in the mornings. If you are attending the indoor classes at Nova Health Co. please wear/bring clean socks (preferably grippy socks) - I do not mind if you are barefoot at the outdoor classes as you will be using your own mat.
