Get ready to unwind and stretch in this gentle Pilates class! We'll start with some chill moves to release all the tension, then power up with strength-building exercises in every direction. And the best part? It all goes down in the cozy and inviting Nova Health Co. studio, where you can feel totally at ease. All welcome. (50 mins)

At times, we all require additional care and attention. Whether you are recovering from an injury, are pregnant, newly postpartum, or simply prefer a personalised program with the instructor's undivided attention, a private session is the ideal choice.
Our welcoming and comfortable home studio in Kooringal, Wagga Wagga, offers a reformer, other small equipment and props to maximise the benefits of your private session.
Please note that an initial consultation is mandatory before booking subsequent sessions online.

Are you looking to try out Pilates? Grab your favorite workout buddy or come solo and meet someone new. Our sessions are designed for two people to work with an instructor in our cosy and welcoming home studio. We'll create customised programs tailored to your specific needs to help you achieve your goals.

Kids’ Pilates
In 2023 Alisha completed her paediatric pilates qualification, which in conjunction with her Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction, allows her to effectively get young kids moving in a functional way. She aims to strenghten the core, work on body alignment and concentration.
She uses a variety of playful techniques, imagination and story telling to benefit the kids in the 5 key areas of development:
Alisha is passionate about helping young kids because, without a strong core, simple tasks like balancing, fine and gross motor skills and concentration can be difficult.
